1. What is the ClickBank Marketplace ?
The Marketplace is an organized directory of over 17,000 of ClickBank's most popular products. These are listed in order of popularity across a number of categories. The benefits of the Marketplace are
Vendors can list their products here and have a potential audience of more than 100,000 affiliates to promote them. Affiliates can search for individual products that they wish to promote, or promote the Marketplace as a whole. The Marketplace is updated every night.
2. How products are ranked
Products are ranked in order by their 'productivity score' which is based on affiliate sales: for further details see http://clickbank.com/ranking.html
If a product has not had a valid sale in more than 30 days it will fall out of the Marketplace, but will go back in on its next valid sale.
3. Searching the ClickBank Marketplace
In addition to the search facility at the Marketplace a number of 3rd party products, called storefronts (or malls), have been developed which provide advanced searching facilities.
Here is a selection which you are free to use.
For affiliates looking for suitable products to promote there is a free tool (see 5.1 below).
4. For Vendors: submitting your products to the Marketplace
If you want your account to be listed in the ClickBank Marketplace, choose up to two categories - each MUST include a sub-category. Send your selections to accounts@clickbank.com along with your account nickname.
You can only list one title and description per account.
Tip: If you have multiple products and want them all to be included then create a ClickBank homepage that contains links to all the products.
Your account will only be listed once the first sale is made.
Tip: If you want to be listed right away, you can set up a temporary sales link for $3.00 (this is the minimum price that a link can be set up for), and make a purchase yourself through that link. You will be then approved for listing within 3-4 business days.
5. For Affiliates: promoting Marketplace products
5.1 Choosing a product to promote
Here is the affiliate version of the ClickBank Marketplace.
Against each title is a percentage rate e.g [earn 50%] showing the rate of commission you receive on selling that item. Click on that to generate the Url that you need to promote the item.

5.2 Promoting the whole Marketplace

where AFFILIATE is your affiliate nickname, to promote the whole Marketplace. Each link to a product will have your nickname embedded, earning you commission for any sale made from the Marketplace.
A more profitable method is to use a ClickBank storefront which will provide powerful search facilities with your nickname-embedded links plus additional profit making opportunities.
